We were given the name of this company by a very well know consultant, they came to us highly recommended for their thorough mold remediation and Air Duct cleaning procedures. We were so impressed with the work they did. As the first step they provided us with a very comprehensive scope of work and they took the time to explain to us step by step how the work would be conducted, they answered all our questions and were very professional even before we signed the contract. Once the work began we were being informed of any new findings and kept us updated of the following steps, in the beginning I thought the work was going to be a nightmare but they made it very painless, it was a big project, took two full weeks but they were very accommodating. We can now rest assured that our house is mold free, we had the post remediation testing done and they passed with no issues at all. This company came to us highly recommended for their thorough mold remediation protocols. They did not disappoint! They submitted a detailed contract and carefully explained their process, products used and how we should prepare areas of concern. They made sure that unaffected sections of the house were protected and kept us apprised of their findings and progress throughout the entire process, which actually resulted in the remediation of some additional areas. Our formerly mold-filled basement is now pristine, passed a second mold test with flying colors and is ready for a rebuild. We also opted for a Whole House Deep Cleaning which I now consider a mandatory piece of any remediation process as mold was found under several antique pieces of furniture on the upper floors. Many companies claim that they know how to remediate mold. However, what they do is not according to industry standards and actually make things worse by spraying the mold affected areas with chemicals, and then use blowers to spread spores in nearby areas and that's it. But that's not how it works, according to the EPA, even dead mold causes the same health problems that live mold does. Mold cannot be removed solely by cleaning the affected surfaces.
